|Recommended: NoNot upto the mark — I didn’t have a smooth experience with the maintenance requests. It's too sluggish to be comfortable with.
|Recommended: YesThe best studio room at this price level — I found this studio room when I wanted to live by myself 4 years ago, and living here is definitely a great experience for me. There are huge windows so there is plenty of sunshine in the room, which is fantastic for people who like a lot of sunshine at home. There is a decent kitchen with fire stove and plenty of storage space. The staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. The construction is a bit old, but it is totally acceptable for me given the rent price.

He told us - repeatedly - that all utilities were included in some sort of 40 bundle. If we had read the lease closer, we would have found that not to be true. It's one thing to oversell an apartment, but our tour guide either outright lied or was very misinformed about the terms of the lease. Like a used car-salesman. Again, though, we take responsibility for not reading the lease carefully enough. Other things that were deceiving, however, could not have been known in the lease. For example, in the kitchen, we had an entire conversation about how the apartment had a built-in dishwasher, and we wouldn't have to deal with rolling a dishwasher across the floor to plug into the sink. Unfortunatley, he was wrong about the dishwasher. A final theme Mice. So many. There are cracks underneath the floorboards of our kitchen cupboards that they can run in and out of. There is a hole behind the bathroom sink that they live it. At night, if I hit my hand against the wall of my room upstairs , I can hear them running. We've placed traps, and even caught a few, but this has been a persistent problem. All in all, I'm happy living here. But knowing everything we know now, there is absolutely no way we would have signed that lease, especially considering the price. I know my roommate voiced his concerns a review a few months ago, and we received a few 25 coupons - that was greatly appreciated. I'm filling this out only to reiterate some of his points.
